Your Questions, Answered

  • A: Colorado weather can be unpredictable! If conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost or adjust locations to still get great shots.

  • A: Simply put, bring whatever you want! As long as we stay within the timeframe of your allotted session, we can do outfit changes, cap and gown shots, LinkedIn headshots, or shots with props (a guitar, skis, your varsity jacket, etc.). We highly recommend a pair of comfortable shoes to wear in between photo sessions; that Chautauqua hike can be difficult in heels! Some of our previous grads chose to bring champagne for a set of celebratory bottle-pop photos – feel free to do the same, but keep in mind we can only do our best to coach you on how to get the best spray (feel free to bring back-up bottles).

  • A: The deposit secures your session date and time and helps protect against last-minute cancellations. It also allows us to plan and prepare specifically for your shoot.

  • A: Yes! We’re happy to shoot at custom locations around CU Boulder or nearby, just let us know your idea well ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. We can work together to create custom packages for locations outside of the Boulder bubble, like Winter Park or Rocky Mountain National Park as a couple examples.

  • A: Absolutely. Outfit changes are encouraged and included, as long as we stay within the scheduled session time.

  • A: You can expect a carefully curated gallery of high-quality, edited images that capture a variety of poses, locations, and looks (at minimum 25-30 photos per person, depending on the session). Keep in mind that group photos are included in this count.

  • A: Yes! All deliverables are professionally edited by our team to ensure stunning photos, including hours spent removing unwanted subjects in the background, fixing blown out skies, and clothing blemishes.

  • A: Unfortunately, we cannot send those out. We take pride in our ability to chose the absolute best photos from the session and edit them timely. Like stated above, expect a minimum of 25 edited photos per person.

  • A: Your edited gallery will be delivered within 3-10 days. During peak graduation season, turnaround times may be closer to the full delivery period.

  • A: We deliver your photos through Google Drive, where you can view, download, and easily share your images. This requires one person to send us their Gmail address, and all photos will be in a shared folder titled using the booker's last name and date of the session.

  • A: Yes, you have every right to use the photos from your session for personal use. Details are outlined in the Release Agreement under “Ownership and Copyright.”

  • Q: Why should we book with We Shoot?

    A: We’re young and in-tune with current aesthetics. With dozens of graduation shoots under our belt, as well as extensive portfolios beyond this niche, we bring a lot to the table. We understand this is a very important milestone that deserves to be celebrated. We keep sessions relaxed, efficient, and fun, while delivering professional, high-quality results you’ll actually want to share.
